Great surprise today when I tried a new place. I don't think I've ever had a tech be so gentle with my nails. She was also very friendly and talked me through what she was doing step by step.
Me and my friend went here for a birthday spa date, they were welcoming and it looked very nice and elegant. And looked very clean as well. However the technician Hannah kept abruptly filing my nails causing me to bleed multiple times and my friend as well. The prices are also very expensive for cheap material.. both of our polishes barely even lasted a week without chipping or coming off even with a top coat, very disappointing. A few days later my nails were red and very sore because of all the times she made me bleed. The gel nails I also got done were very poor and not done to the best of her ability. Very disappointing and not coming back here again.
unfortunately it took way longer than I had expected. i got a mani with gel/chrome polish. it took 40 mins to take off my previous gel chipped gel polish i had on. since i did not get extensions, i asked to try and preserve my natural nail length as much as possible. the man who i told that, switched off with another man (who i assumed would’ve communicated something at least). the new male then proceeded to file my nails down to the point where all my growth was gone. i asked to have them rounded, and proceeded to do square them off (maybe an issue with our communication barrier? not sure). i asked for him to fix them and he did, but the shape was still not ideal. he rubbed the chrome polish on my nail with his finger, which i thought was strange as most places use a cotton pad or sponge. my polish is also chunky and not even. unfortunately i will not be coming back. the studio itself is beautiful, but i was also waiting at the front for 10 mins for anybody to greet me. i do think there are many other nail salons that are better than this, i am not too sure why they have 5 stars. as you can see in the picture, there are also scrapes and scratches on my nails which happened while i was there.
I accidentally went to the wrong location and they did a wonderful job of accommodating me. What a beautiful place! I had such a great experience. It was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. I had a nail fill and it was better than I expected! My nails are beautiful! My girl was so speedy and did a fantastic job! I also had a polish change on my toes and she did a fantastic job! I will definitely be back and will recommend to others!
This is my third visit to a VN Organic location, and 2nd visit to this location. My nails are perfect; I'd go so far as to say these are my favorite nails ever. The techs are amazing and friendly and VN has the latest colors/trends. Would 💯 recommend.
I highly recommend VN Organic Spa for gel nails. Staff are extremely kind and professional. I was a walk-in, and they were happy to accommodate me, though they do take reservations as well. I got exactly what I asked for in length and shape and was so excited that they had transparent colors, as a lot of local places do not. 💯 I will be back.
