Clean, relaxing, and super professional!Got a shellac mani pedi here a week ago and they still look great! I overheard two other customers complain of nails not lasting. One person walked in complaining about chipping a couple days after and they were quick to offer to fix it in their after hours the day after.I found the salon, their tools, tables/chairs super clean and new feeling. Their practices were also very professional and clean. Amazing gel colour options! Unsure about quality of polish as I’ve never heard of it, but so far so good.Booking and timing experience: I booked online and the next day they called me to refine the time by 30 min to fit their schedule better. This was better availability than I could find anywhere else in Vernon with such short notice.Only reason it isn’t 5 stars: They only had two people working though and still need to work out their timing. Upon arrival (on time) I waited for another 20 minutes before they could take me. No apology or explanation or heads up that I may have to wait. Also wasn’t aware it would not be a simultaneous pedicure mani as they were short staffed, so my entire appointment was quite long.When leaving the next appointment after me was 30 min beyond schedule. She didn’t receive a heads up that they were running behind either.
These guys have been here for only 7 weeks, but already they're a hidden gem in Vernon! Chloe (the young, sweet manager) was fabulous and skilled. I got a classic French manicure and her hands were so steady she didn't have to make any corrections. The place is clean and beautiful and they use disposable equipment for their pedicures.I highly recommend and will go back for sure!
I have come to this new day spa 3 times for pedicures and each time I have been satisfied. From the soaking of my feet in lemon water to the exfoliating scrub and orange slices and the hot stone massage, it is all perfect. The metal instruments are sterilized and the other items used only one time per client. You should try it.Soft music makes it a relaxing atmosphere.
