We called at 6pm not expecting to get in at all and were offered an 8:45pm appointment, thinking they closed at 10 (our mistake), we accepted the appointment. 10-15 minutes into our appointment realizing they closed at 9pm! We felt so terrible but the girls were SO SWEET to us and assured us it was completely fine. They did our nails beautifully with no complaints and no rushing at all. Thank you so much ladies!! ❤️❤️❤️UPDATE: Lost my gems after 1 day and a few nails are lifting after a week :((

Absolutely amazing staff!! So nice and very good with doing what you ask and even recommending something to enhance your nails! I have always had problems at other nail salons with shape but VN organic spa and nails did AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
I’ve been coming here and bringing friends here for a few years now. I’ll start off by saying I have one hand from birth and getting nails done helps with the whole problem of that. I already feel gross.I went in for a fill Friday. I was out with a woman who didn’t speak English and was told I would have to track down a staff to help translate when I needed to speak to her, as you can imagine this was absolutely a problem from the beginning. She did not know what she was doing and most definetly did not have experience. I was told she had two years. She left red on my nails and I was getting blue. This most definitely would be seen under the blue. She was filing my nails and it’s was burning a lot. Then I always get square medium length. She made them circle and small. So my bf called the translator over. I explained this not speaking English had now cost me my nails and the looked awful. I explained the salon needs to pay for a whole new set to get the shape back. No one listened so I left. This is the fourth time this place has done awful things to me.I want a new set done immediately for free. I had to paint my own nails and the shape is awful. Again my one hand is already enough then to have someone not care that I have a disability and just wreck my hand. I’m appalled
such a wonderful experience with the nail technician Hannah!She always does exactly what I've asked and makes me feel like a new woman walking out.Her main priority was making me happy and relaxed, I really feel pampered and cared for above and beyond with Hannah!Not only did my fingernails turn out stunning, and just the the photo I showed her.. The pedicure was amazing too!thank you so much!
Hands down the best nail experience we’ve had. Chuoi was amazing with my daughter and her special touches and gentle demeanour meant everything to us. You won’t find us anywhere else!
Ok, I had given you two chances to fix my nails. But you didn’t do a good job either time, so you deserve a one-star review.I went to this nail shop on June 9th for an extension nail service, and I chose purple. During the process, the girl did my nails super fast. It looked like they had plenty of customers and it only took 30 minutes to finish my nails. After one week, one of my nails was wrecked, and three more were wrecked in the following days. I was so angry that I went back to the shop and told them to fix it and change the color.I paid $35 more to change the color to white, and after one week, one of my nails was wrecked again. The girl shaped my nails weirdly and rushed to finish. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!My job doesn’t require heavy work or washing, so I can’t see how this money was worth anything. Such low-quality products and terrible skills. 👎👎👎👎👎
Today when I had a simple manicure done I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I apologized for the shape of my nails as I am a recovering nail biter but it was not taken kindly. The woman who did my manicure left my nails feeling raw and sore. As shown, the coats were incredibly uneven and the top coat even left another colour on a nail or too!Otherwise, this establishment is clean and most of the staff are very kind. I had a gel pedicure recently and had nothing but a lovely experience.Maybe skip this location for hands but do keep your foot in the door!
